Chelsea FC's owner was among several Russian billionaires added to the EU blacklist last week. EU governments have moved to sequencing yachts and other luxury assets by billionaires in recent days.
We remember that a few days ago, Reuters wrote that the Russian tycoon's yacht was located in Albanian waters. News that was denied by an official communication from the Ministry of Defence in Albania and that of Infrastructure, where it was stressed that the vessel was currently sailing in international waters between Italy and Albania.
