Reports of a powerful explosion at Kiev railway station

A powerful explosion near a railway station in Ukraine's capital, Kiev, has been reported by an adviser to the Ukraine interior ministry.

Shortly after the report, France's President Emmanuel Macron said Russian forces were bombarding the Ukrainian capital.
