Why is the phone call warned between US President Joe Biden and Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping not only seen as another call on the continuation of many calls after Europe's trauma to Ukraine.

- The call comes at critical moments in Russia-Ukrainian War: According to American officials, China is considering the possibility of military or financial assistance to Russia, which has sought assistance because of major losses in Ukraine. If China agrees, it could tarnish its relationship with the West for decades to come.
- China can offer support to Russia: In their call, Biden hopes to make it clear to President Xi the consequences of helping Russian war, whether with military or financial assistance.
- The U.S. should manage a cool relationship.: Even before the invasion of Ukraine from Russia, American officials were watching carefully until the Russian leader Putin and the Chinese man Xi were getting closer. CIA Director Bill Burns said last week that the relationship has a lot of very cold-blooded reasons.
