Secretary Said Javid said that “is not impossible” Russia launched an attack on NATO territory, but he thinks that little was likely.
For BBC Radio 4's programme, he said: “We have made very clear to Russia even before the start of this conflict: “Even if even a single finger from the Russian leg steps on NATO territory, then it would be considered a war act of”.
