The official Kremlin with an announcement has indicated Putin has stressed that the situation is going according to plan, the BBC writes, however Periscope.
According to the Kremlin's statement, Putin says he hopes Ukrainian negotiators will have a more constructive approach.
While, from Erdogan's office, they said the Turkish leader had appealed for a general emergency ceasefire.
