Russia's president, Vladimir Putin, has signed a decree in which Russian gas buyers are said to have to pay with rubles as of April 1st and that contracts will be halted if such payments are not paid, writes The Guardian, Pryscopy.
He has said that Western sanctions were prepared long ago and that the economic fight against Russia started years ago, adding that the West would strive to find reason for new sanctions.
