A very successful campaign supported by the Ukrainian government to send Russian President Vladimir Putin to the solar system has raised more than 1.7m euros, writes the Daily Mail, records Periscopi.
Launched by the Department of Digital Transformation, Plotine.net is stirring up Vladimir Putin's stalled invasion in Ukraine and promises to send the bloody dictator far, far away.
Generally, the government department is aiming at collecting $100m, and donors are encouraged to send a $2.99 minimum to buy a rocket.
But, Mykhailo Federov, Ukraine's deputy prime minister, indicated that the collected money would actually go towards the Ukrainian Army and towards restoration of the country's cities after Russia's bombings.
In Tyitter, he wrote: “Everyone wants Putin dead. Until that happens, we are giving Ukrainians and the whole world a unique opportunity: Let's send Putin to Jupiter”, he writes.
Give $2.99 for a rocket. The entire collected fund will be headed for restoration of the destroyed infrastructure!”, he added.
If Ukrainians were to succeed in their plan, Putin would face a journey that lasts at least two years when planets are closer to each other, approximately 579 million miles away.
But when they're at the farthest point, for a single trip it will take more than half a decade.
The website is launched in English, Ukrainian and Russian.
It aims to reach 100 million citizens around the globe to help bring the Devil to Jupiter.
