People have taken to the streets of the town of Kherson in southern Ukraine to protest his invasion by Russian forces.
This reaction comes after reports that Russia is planning to organise a false referendum in the city in order to create another breakaway region, such as those in Donesk and Luhansk in eastern Ukraine, and install a doll administration, reports the BBC, broadcast Klankosova.tv.
The photos showed people being gathered at “Freedom Square” in the center of Kherson and waving Ukrainian flags, holding placards with inscription “Cherson is Ukraine”.
