Against this act, the parties are entitled to complaint at the Kosovo Court of Appeals.
Otherwise, under the order of the Kosovo Special Prosecutor in the Gjakova and Prizren region on Monday has been developed, codenamed action under the name “Pica”, where 50 state officials were arrested, of which 48 members of the Kosovo Police and two from the Kosovo Customs Service.
The event came after about a year of investigation, from May 2021 respectively, and two prosecutors have been engaged in the investigation.
During Tuesday, the Constitutional Court in Pristina appointed the detention measure for another 25 officials arrested, while only one has been released because of the state of health.

B, M.U. and R.A. because there is suspicion that criminal acts have been carried out the participation and organisation of the criminal group organised by Article 277 paragraph 1, about Article 31 of the Republic of Kosovo Criminal Code, the acquisition, possession, distribution, and unauthorized selling of narcotics, psychotorpe and analogics sanctioned with Article 267 paragraphs 3 of KPR, the misuse of position or authority sanctioned by the 414 CPR, received a bribe with the 42th article KPR, the 42st CPR with an impact of the 4th CPR with the 4th CPR's impact of the Cyprus and the 4th CRC with the 4th CRC's resolution with the 4th S.
The judge of the preliminary procedure, the state prosecutor's request for the appointment of the detention measure against defendants A. TH, A.B., A.D., A. P, B.K, K.A, L.M., M. B, M.M., O.S., S.H., S. K, W. M, E.T, S. ZH has approved it as a base, and the same has assigned you the length of the detention measure of (1) months apart from each, the defendants have been given custody under Article 187 paragraph 1 under paragraph 1.1 of 1.2.2 and 1.2.3 KPP.
Against defendants I. I, A.B., B. J.B., B.K., K. B, M.U., B.B., and the R.A. has refused the prosecution's request for the detention measure, and the same have been assigned presentation measures at the police station for a (1) month apart.
Against this act, the parties are entitled to complaint at the Kosovo Court of Appeals.
