The Hungarian government's decision confirms its earlier decision not to allow the transport of troops or weapons through its territory in Ukraine, but approves the transition of NATO forces towards other Alliance members.
The decision allows for transportation of aid as medical equipment and first aid via Hungary to Ukraine.
