In the second week of the regular annual wealth declaration, the demand for property statements has responded to about 600 public officials, while the regular annual declaration of property will be submitted to about 4737 top public officials.
In 01.mars 2022, the process of regular annual declaration of property of senior public officials has begun, where all senior public officials are obliged to make their property declaration to the Anti-Corruption Agency from March 01st to March 31st 2022. The statement will be carried out in accordance with the Law on Declaration, Landing and Property Control of High Public Officials and Declaration, Gift Obligation and Control, while the property declaration will be submitted to about 4737 senior public officials.
The director of the Anti-Corruption Agency, Yll Buleskaj, re-remembers all declaration subjects that the regular non-recognition of property by public officials, constitutional obligations, obliges the Anti-Corruption Agency to present criminal statements in accordance with Article 430 of the Penal Code.
The annual regular declaration of property can be made through physical appearances in the AKK office or through an arc email address. Forms of property statements sent through email should be signed and scanned by declaration subjects. / P ERISCOPIA
