Today, except for those who are gone, we also bow before your strength, the survivors of this massacre, to raise life on the emptiness and ashes you found when you returned to your village three months later. 23 years ago, Serbian forces cut apart families, stopped men and boys and expelled all women and children from the village. In this massacre, 112 Albanians -- 70% of the men and boys of the village aged 13 to 77 -- disappeared. From this massacre 82 women lost their husbands and 145 children were left without fathers. While of 145 residence houses, only 8 survived the burning and destruction of Serbian action”, Prime Minister Kurti said.
At the Martyr's Graveyard complex in the village of Krusha e Vogel, today seven victims of the massacre were buried on the list of missing persons during the war: Nuredin (Qazim) Shehu, the year of 1927, Hysen (Majjun) Zylfiu, the year of 1935, Ahmet (Manush) Berisha, the year of 1938 birth, Nue (Shyt) Prenkaj, 1960, Sami (Aziz) Shehu, the year of 1974 birth, and Skyfer (Osman) Batusha, 1981.
