The Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports has estimated that the Kosovo Football Federation has not respected its Stattuti and violated the Sports Law, setting April 6th as the date of the mayor's election.
In a letter to MKRS Secretary General Bislim Bislimi, who sent these violations to the MKRS Department on Tuesday afternoon, writes that these violations have been listed by the MKRS Legal Department.
“The Ministry of Sports, launched by recent debates, with the sole aim of perceiving beyond arguments the basis of arguments, has requested a legal interpretation argued by the MKRS Legal Department, which, in line with its legal mandate, is responsible to provide opinions and legal recommendations from the ministry's administrative responsibility field. According to this opinion or interpretation of the Department of Sports's Legal Department, with recent actions for and around the call of the Federation of Football Assembly, the Federation Status has not been respected, and actions have also been listed in violation of the Law's Sports provisions. Wanting to have a principled and argumentative assessment on this issue, the Ministry of Sports, through this letter, requires the Federation executive body to provide us with detailed information about the legislative actions of calling the Parliament, as well as to provide relevant assessments on the crucial issues in this case, if in the manner applied to calling for the NGK's Assembly, there has been a violation of the Statit or non-x1>, the letter submitted by the MRS secretary general's office says among others.
