The organisational group “March S'festing”, started the protest today by 10:00 marching from the Palace of Justice to oppose violence against women, who are finally killed by the opposite sex.
This organisational group, the march, will then continue on to the flag circle, in “Zahir Pajaziti” Square, continuing to the Kosovo Government object.
The march, except in Pristina, will be held in Obilic, Mitrovica, Peja, Rahovec and Gjilan.
According to the marching organisers, it is the courts, prosecutors and defenders of the victims, one of the main causes that have resulted since 2010, 48 women are killed by men in Kosovo.
Otherwise, the Kosovo Criminal Code, the most severe sentence for murder, envisions a life sentence.
