No details on which states will apply the measures, but the Russian government has in the past adopted a list of states and territories that it considers to have carried out anti-Russian, its companies and citizens”.
The list includes: The United States and Canada, European Union states, the United Kingdom, Ukraine, Switzerland, Norway, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and other countries.
Russian President Vladimir Putin has ordered the invasion of Ukraine on 24 February.
