Latif for the Security Fund: I'm afraid we're gonna be okay.

Latif said he's afraid we've had enough of this idea, and that's why he's got two reasons.

He has said Albanians are unwilling to reach the money and as a second reason has presented their lesson that national security should be free.

I'm afraid we have to deal with this Security Fund.

For two reasons: Albanians don't like to comfort the wallet and bitter experience with past funds.
