Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti is waiting for the new government in Montenegro to begin joint meetings between the Government of Kosovo and the Black Goods, as they were held with other states of the region.
The discussion also said it would be the issue of demarcation with this state, ratified four years ago.
Following his visit to the school “Xhemajl Mustafa” in Pristina, Kurti was asked on the 4th anniversary of the adoption of Demarket with Montenegro, which he said past governments unjustly forgave Montenegro 8,200 hectares of Kosovo territory.
“Hopefully Montenegro will soon have new Government that we will be able to discuss and address. Unlike the preliminary government, which had pro-Russian elements inside, except for Belgrade and of course there were no conditions for such treatment. We have held joint government meetings with northern Macedonia as well as Albania, and we hope to do so even with Montenegro after the new government is formed”.
“We hope that there will be new conditions, with the new government to address even this issue, of course, of which blame and responsibility is that government of the time which unjustly, wrongly and harmfully, was given to Montenegro 8,200 hectare of Kosovo territory”, Kurti said.
