As a result of good relations and close partnership, Kosovo and Norway can do more and better, Prime Minister Kurti said during the meeting.
He spoke of progress in a year of governance, increased engagement of institutions in fighting corruption, of opportunities Kosovo offers for investment, and of government priorities in the field of energy. Taking as examples the newly inaugurated wind park, “stalac Wind Spark” with capacity of 105 Me and 27 turbines and 64 million project “Solar4 Kosovo”, with a capacity of 70 more at the same time, will be one of the largest solar power plants in Europe, with its surface of 69 thousand m2, the prime minister said wind and solar energy are two very good alternative energy possibilities, but at the same time investment opportunities in Kosovo. In this case, he extended an invitation to the government and Norwegian investors to explore capital investment opportunities in Kosovo.
The meeting also discussed the state ownership report and the role of private companies with natural and public resources in Norway, with emphasis on energy sources. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Kurti decided on the importance of preparing new frameworks, responding to the needs of a green economy and for the government's intention to link education with market requirements. / P ERISCOPI/
