Klitschko: Kiev returns to normality, publishes photographs from cafes

The town's mayor, Vitaly Klitschko, announced that Kiev's defence is continuing and the city's most important infrastructure is in operation.

In fact, according to the former boxing champion for heavy loads, shops, cafes and wigs are reopening.

He adds that private individuals are gradually continuing to work in Kiev.

“In particular, food stores, cafes, wigists, service stations are reopening”, Klitschko wrote in Instagram.

By contrast, Russia has continued with shelling today, causing casualties and material damage.
