In this regard, Skender Musa, who is a lawyer for the victim's family, has said the court's ruling and judicial process has been a fair process.
He said the deceased's family are satisfied with the court's decision, while adding that he believes justice has been established in this case, although, according to him, there have been elements that have been able to lead to life imprisonment.
The court found that the murder was deliberately direct. As another circumstance has been that Isa Sejdiu was killed in the workplace, killed by an AKI security worker who has been obliged to make the security of AKI officials and not kill them. Then, his failure to co-operate with justice institutions, all of these have been serious circumstances that have led up to the prison sentence of up to 25x1>, Musa in Klan Kosova has said.
In addition, the lawyer of the deceased's family warned the AKI indictment, permanent retirement for the family and a request to the accused for legal consequences, as he said, the late one was killed in his workplace.
“E discussed the figure, where in the Randa Crime Department we have asked the accused for damages worth 550 thousand euros, while from AKI we have demanded 650 thousand euros and life pension”.
This will be the sum in the indictment and we have two subjects in the indictment, where the first is AKI, and the second will be the party that caused the killing”, Musa said.
As to whether the official weapon was used in the case, lawyer Musa said it was not official but was Serbia's production.
“Arma has not been official, was Serbia's production, and, as you know, the KSF and AKI officials are not equipped with weapons from Serbia. It was a personal weapon introduced to AKI objects illegally”, he said.
