Asked if they could leave for Ukraine, a Japanese defence minister's spokesman told Reuters, “is possible”.
According to military analysts, the so-called <x0 military operation” Russia's has not gone as well as planned so far, with military equipment likely being impoverished to a greater extent than anticipated.
