Ismaili has said that high professional preparation and great experience in Kosovo's public and private sector make Golden a well-qualified framework for this position.
“As a well prepared woman with international schooling and witnessed for about two decades in the public and private sector, Arta has my complete trust and support in the new task. It has worked in several different states while co-operating with many international organisations serving in Kosovo. Its great experience will now be brought to Pristina to revive life and cultural activities in our capital. ”, Ismaili said.
The Democratic Party of Kosovo has so far appointed deputy chairman and four directors, out of five that are due to the co-government agreement.
With the Golden Name appointed, team complete PDK for the capital.

CV: Who is Arta Balaj?
Arta Balaj is born in Pristina in 1979. The primary and high school was conducted in the capital, while basic studies and magistratery were conducted at the Faculty of Journalism and Political Sciences, the University of Ershava, in Poland (1999-2004).
At the same university, she also conducted specialisation in Marketing Political and Public Relations.
Her work over 20 years of age combines the practice and pressure of private sector performance, as well as the experience in management, management and accountability required in the public sector.
Her professional career began during the 1998-1999 war, when she worked as Poland's State Information Radio correspondent.
She volunteered and helped the Polish government, UNHCR and the Polish Red Cross in transporting Albanian and Roma refugees from Macedonia and in establishing refugee camps in Poland.
In 2006, he engaged in work in the United Arab Emirates as a business development specialist and marketing under an American company, World Strategic Initiatives.
After a year, he returns to Kosovo as international political analyst in UNMIK to continue his career in the private sector and banking sector.
By 2010, through the UNDP and KFOS project, she has been engaged as an adviser for public relations and Marketing in the Agriculture Ministry's Cabinet.
This experience has paved the way for continued careers in international consultancy projects with DANIDA, USAID, the European Commission, and mainly in the field of public relations, marketing, management and project management.
Since 2015, it has been named Chief of the Cabinet at the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo.
