100 women from many European countries and the United States gathered in Copenhagen, Denmark, under the leadership of Klara Cetkini, decide that March 8 be marked as International Women's Day.
In honor of this day, mothers and wives are given various gifts, the most frequent gift being flower, which has a symbol of respect and love.
Kosovo has a woman's right guaranteed by law, where in many state institutions, female participation is defined by laws.
