Hysen Durmish does not do math well: More than 400,000 euros in road maintenance tender

But, Minister Lieburn Aliu's deputy did not get the math for the tender “summer and winter maintenance of Kosovo's national and regional roads for 2021/2022”, writes Periscope.

Additional jobs have emerged on the field, and the ministry has been forced to open the wallet for extra payments signed in the past year. That's because some positions are not well counted.

Periscope has seen six other negotiating contracts for maintenance of roads with companies that had contracted in last year, announced the contract to be issued in the KCPP. Two of them signed last week.

The ministry has not indicated where additional positions have been found, but Periscop has contacted some of the companies. According to them, the ministry had failed to introduce the right amount of salt supply and load transportation as well as the distribution of it on the streets. In addition, according to companies, additional jobs have also been found at “the 4m-long migration of the circuit layer, whenever necessary during”. The maintenance contract is made up of several positions, each with prices set for the amount to be spent. Periscop has seen all 14 contracts, and according to them, some of the companies are being cheaper and some more expensive. Like other positions.
