I was alarmed that Russian penetration is continuing with strategies in the Balkans in 2016. Today, after the war between Ukraine and Russia, the risk of privatisation of the Balkans has increased. The last time the Government wakes up from sleep and along with all of our mechanisms and strategic partners to prevent the trends of destabilisation of Kosovo”, Haziri wrote.
