Prices have increased by about $45 per litre during the last week alone because of the uncertainty that war has brought to the markets in Ukraine, but also as a result of the businesspeople's greed for any such situation.
On the other hand, Albania has a strong taxation regime on fuels, where the Aztec price is estimated to have Albanians pay an average of 120-130 leks per litre of oil or gasoline they buy.
