Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and his Ukrainian counterpart, Dmytro Kuleba, are located in Antalya, Turkey, and this is the first high-level meeting between Russia and Ukraine since the beginning of Russian aggression on Ukraine.
This meeting will take about 90 minutes.
Ukrainian Foreign Ministry spokesman Oleg Nikolenko has confirmed the start of the meeting between the parties.
“In Antalya have launched talks between the foreign ministers of Ukraine, Turkey and the Russian Federation to end Russian aggression against Ukraine”, it has written.
