EUFOR's newcomers are currently preparing for intensified operational patrols to support BiH and their partners.
The announcement of arrival, but also the preparation of EUFOR's new staff has been distributed to the official Twitter account.
Soldiers are coming to Bosnia and Herzegovina to exacerbate international security and as a precautionary measure, and EUFOR said the current security situation in BiH is stable.
“As a precaution, four companies with around 500 EUFOR troops deployed outside Bosnia and Herzegovina will be deployed in Bosnia and Herzegovina over the next two weeks as reinforcements for existing forces,” EUFOR said in a statement.
The troop's task will be to show the EU's determination to maintain stability in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The troops come from Austria, Romania, Slovakia and Bulgaria. / P ERISCOPIA
