Ireland has urged four Russian Embassy officials to leave the country because of the activity that is not in “compliance with European diplomatic behavior standards”.
In Belgium, 21 Russian diplomats have been expelled for allegedly spying and for showing security risk.
The group worked at the Moscow Embassy in Brussels and in the consulate at Antwerp.
All of them were accredited as diplomats, but were working on spying and intervention operations, Belgjika Foreign Ministry spokesman said.
A total of 17 Russian intelligence agents have also left the Netherlands.
The Czech Republic has ruled out a member of the Russian Embassy staff in Prague, giving them some 72 hours to leave the country.
