In a statement, the White House said leaders “discussed their serious concerns about Russia's brutal tactics in Ukraine, including its attacks on civilians”.
“They stressed their continued support for Ukraine, including providing security assistance to the brave Ukrainians who are protecting their country from Russian aggression, and humanitarian aid to millions of Ukrainians who have fled from violence”, is being added in the statement.
Beden is scheduled to travel to Europe later this week for meetings with NATO, the EU and G7 allies in Brussels, where she will also have bilateral meetings with Polish President Andreze Duda in Warsaw on Friday.
