The deputy chairman of the new KEK Union, Nexhat Llumnica, has announced this to EO. He says working conditions are serious, while applying safeguard clauses cannot resist poisonous gases.
There are many workers in KEK who are in health problems because the nature of the work is so, even against applying protective measures, cannot be saved by poisonous gases and dust, and the tremors that exist atu, so in the past year alone, in 2021 we had 35 workers without retirement. All but 90 percent of professional diseases are suspected of being taken during the work process because most of them are carcinogenic, and toxic gases are understood, says Llumnica.
He has demanded that early retirement be applied to the payment of 36 salaries at the start, as according to him is extremely high age.
I don't know that retirement of early workers applies. We have to do so in such shape because the staff of KEK employees needs to be renewed because it has an extremely high average age around 58 years and needs to renew this staff. We have also offered modalities to the Ministry of Economic Development to renew staff in order to have a newer staff and employ young people, while older people go to early retirement with a salary payment of 36 at start”, he said.
When the rest is done by 50 percent of the pay so that as many jobs as possible, KEK will be able and financial capacity to cover it so that their staff can be updated. And at pensions, we see many employees in KEK who haven't filled 15 years of experience before the war, they don't have a full pension, they only have old age pension, and that's a huge indochyde”.
We've requested from the Ministry of Labour and Social Management then in 2019 that all employed from 1 month to 180 months have percentage pensions. And over 180 months, which would take 15 years to get a 100-lit pension so that no one can be avenged”.
While as a problem, Llumnica has raised the issue of employment of new ages, as in his opinion the private sector is not respecting their rights.
“In the private sector is the problem of finding workers because they do not respect the law, they do not contract workers, they have no opportunity to take advantage of the annual holiday, no medical vacation, and normally they have trouble finding workers”, he said further.
