UN: 136 civilians killed in Ukraine, including 13 children

Another 400 civilians have been injured as Russian troops are continuing to launch missiles in residential areas. That includes 26 other children.

Liz Throssell, spokeswoman for the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, said most of these victims were the result of the <x0 explosive weapons with a wide area impact”.

She added, among other things, that these are only victims who could control them, and the actual number will likely be much higher, according to her.
