The respected VV MP, Jahja Cocaj, has published a letter that he and his friends had launched to former UN Secretary Ban Ki Moon, as he says against the shelling attacks of diplomacy destructives and APUrapade (propagans like) Serbian).
Cocaj points to the drowsiness of the Albanian Scientific Academys against Serbian propaganda, to show further that he mastered the country through this letter, which you can read below and which we will read a little later.

When the country's territorial integrity or judicial function is threatened, it should be an institute or academy, which with the language of arguments and undeniable scientific facts preserves national and state interest.
Immediately after declaring independence, notorious Serbian aggressive diplomacy exerted pressure on all relevant decision-making points in the world, including the UN.
The nationwide Institute Alb Science, through a professional commission, rejected the devastating, counterfeiting Serbian response. He wisely rejected them with facts and stubborn, persistent, and consistent vigilance.
