The session has ended with PSD President Dardan Moliqaj, who has today appeared before the Constitutional Court in Pristina for criminal work “assault on the official person”.
The decision is expected to be made within hours, Klan Kosova reports.
This session is expected to know whether Moliqaj will be released in regular procedure or will go into custody for 30 days. A large number of police officials are participating in the session.
spokesman PSD, Dren Kukaj, said before the media they expect their leader's release. He has also denied reports that the PSD will protest today for their leader.
Moliqaj was arrested Tuesday, following an incident he had with the police official in the January 29th protest against rising the price of electricity.
