At the same time when the lawyers of the head of state will stand before the constitutional judges, a few metres away Meta from his office will read publicly the answers to 72 questions asked by court members.
The media report that the president has chosen not to participate physically in the ongoing trial, leaving the defense of lawyers in charge.
On February 3rd, the presidency presented a 140-page fashill, which questioned the legitimacy of the Parliament that Meta dismissed, while the Socialist majority was charged with political revenge.
The statements of Meta's lawyers failed to convince the constitutional judges who conducted a host of questions at the address of the head of state.
On June 9th, with 104 votes in favour, the Parliament of Last Legislatra decided the president's dismissal, while now a constitutional decision is needed for Meta to be dismissed.
