“Special blackmailing protected witnesses”

KLA OVL Chairman Faton Klinkaku's task leader has said the Special Court is blackmailing protected witnesses. He mentioned the case of Fatmir Humol, the witness in the case of Sali Mustaf, who is considered a witness of the prosecution but has voluntarily submitted to testify, calling it a situation [...]
“At the trial hearing in Sali Mustaf's case when he said he was invited by the Prosecutor's Office as a defence witness who was Fatmir Humlli was hired by the Prosecutor for their witnesses, we consider blackmail being given to witnesses to testify or to do anything, because when a witness is a witness of protection has no right to take it because he has volunteered to testify about Salih Musta's case as a witness of defence, and he should only be a witness of protection, but as we have said that the Court is an unjust political court and the Kosovo Court has been executed, and the Dafis is also a crime court that doesn't believe that there't have to be a witness in the world.
Even though I think that as the lawyer said, except for Fatmir Humoll, there will be other witnesses who have been invited by the Prosecutor to make a witness for the defense, and this is certainly going to prove the way Sali Mustaf's lawyer said he would prove it during the evidence that defence witnesses will give, who have been questioned or taken in interviews that were taken by the Prosecution, and that I consider blackmailing witnesses or pressure not to testify in favor or to the reality that has occurred over the years, events or not to testify in defense or to the specification of the chapter of Saliux.
Klinaku also added that the prosecution has blackmailed people -- whatsoever in UNMIK, in EULEX and has mounted and abolished evidence, EO reports.
While in custody of former President Hashim Thaci and others Klinku added that this is injustice, since every court in the world in the first place conducts investigations and then decides for detention.
“We, as the War Veterans' Organization, have rejected the very founding of this court itself, and our main position has been that we have not and do not accept that there is an ethnic court that judges only the Kosovo Liberation Army, but given that we as OVL since 2011 have been against international justice, though we have considered that international justice has blackmailed people, is the word for the Prosecutor, whatever in UNMIK has blackmailed people, assembled evidence and eliminated evidence for this stance, and that we have always sought to create a local court that is not following the crimes of Kosovo, but that is always the interests of Kosovo.
“... even in this context of the ongoing detention, we consider that they have never had to be detained at all because the absurdity of this court is because they've been detained and they've been there almost a year and a half, and the prosecution still says they're doing investigations. They would have to conduct these investigations once and then deal with people to pre-prison or keep in custody to conduct all investigations”.
