The prosecution said: “Plotting because Dardan Moliqaj can escape”

Social Democratic Party Chairman Dardan Moliqaj has today appeared before the Constitutional Court in Pristina for criminal acts of assault on the official person.

Moliqaj's lawyer, Arber Rexha, has said before the media that the detention decision is expected to be made today. Until he added that the reason for the detention came with the claim that Molly can escape.
