Chief Parliamentary Glauk Konjufca has detailed after attempting physical clashes at the Kosovo Parliament's Headship between MP Arben Gashi and Ilir Krkel, chief of the cabinet of the prime parliament.
I've read the staff chief's reaction, it's a reaction in principle, it didn't mention any names. Mr. Gashi took them as a personal attack.
