In the LDK report, the tariffs proposed by the ZRE are unaffordable, and have proposed that these remain unchanged by the end of this year.
On the other hand, they have proposed that the country's government should withdraw T VV for electricity to all consumers.
The government also subsidizes energy for all the same consumers in order to keep the tariffs as they are by the end of this year. Z THE RRE opens discussions in early June with all sides of interest in examining tariffs, whose implementation will begin from January 1st 2023”, the LDK document says.
Among other things, Government is required to commit to the establishment of “Fondit for needy consumers”.
Also, the ZRE's proposal for electricity is considered to be discriminating, uneven to all citizens, as well as contrary to the Constitution.
In the LDK report, they are said to have analysed the ZRE consultative report on the review of the tariff structure for regulated household consumers served at the FSHU.
