Frasher Krasniqi of The PSD has published part of the Criminal Procedure Code that speaks of not being arrested without a word of arrest.
He writes:
The Penal Procedure Code is very clear how the delivery of an invitation to the parties is made. The spokespersons and serviles of power and police, whether they're lawyers or why-civil society, of course they know these mothers, but in their special war they're deliberately hiding them.
None of the following articles have been fulfilled by Kosovo Police before they decide to arrest him without speaking to Dardan Moliqaj.
This clearly shows that the goal has been to arrest, isolate and silence the opposition, and not simply respect the legal procedures.
