Turkish President Rexhep Tayip Erdogan, while commenting on the incident where 12 refugees died on the border in Greece criticised the West, saying that “is unacceptable to remain indifferent to the deaths of 12 refugees on the border with Greece”.
He blamed the Frontex Agency, which advocates the European Union's borders for co-operation with the Greek state and that they have closed their eyes on the death of migrants.
“Frontex is the useless EU organisation that does nothing but only assists Greece, which allows refugees to rise to death on seas and borders”, Erdogan told reporters Thursday before leaving for Ukraine.(Anna/peristup)
