No detention for Moliqaj, commanded to appear at police station

The Constitutional Court in Pristina, the General Criminal Department, has reportedly ruled concerning the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's request for the appointment of the detention measure against D.M. indictees. (Dardan Moliqaj) due to suspicion that he committed criminal acts assault on the official person from Article 402 paragraph 3 over paragraph 1 of the Republic of Kosovo Criminal Code

Chairman The PSD, Dardan Moliqaj, was arrested in 01.02.2022, after in the protest organised by his party, against the tightening of the electricity, he had hit a police official.

The 48-hour police ban was imposed on him, and the prosecution had demanded the detention measure against Moliqaj from the tribunal.
