“Square Skorbej” in Tirana will be back on stage since 10:30 p.m.
Mayor Erion Veliaj inspected the preparations being made for the 2023 reception.
At midnight, through a Facebook video, he warned a show of fireworks.
“We have prepared a 10-15-minute show with fireworks and I believe it will be unforgettable”, Veliaj said.
For locals on Saturday and Sunday, however, there will be a tolerance.
Tirana head added 2022 Tirana is closing down as the European Capital of Youth, and 2023, it awaits it as the European City of Sports.
