“As far as the question of normalisation of Kosovo relations is concerned, it is true that we have developed it. Germany has committed intensively with the Commission and France, which is once to organise some progress. This is no surprise that we stand behind proposals that are closely agreed upon and developed”, Scholz said at the media conference after the EU-Western Balkans Summit organised in Tirana.

As for visa liberalisation for Kosovo, Scholz has said it is important that it happen and is a good perspective.
