The president of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, has announced that she has stayed at the border point in Brnjak today and has also visited the police base in Jasenovac and the Belvedere camp.
That visit has taken place along with Interior Affairs Minister Jedal Svechla, while thanking police officers for the service and protection of the country's sovereignty and citizens indiscriminately.
Osmani has shared with them the Presidential Medal of Security as a sign of appreciation for the work done.
This visit by President Osmani to Brnjak comes just a day after the removal of barricades and the return of to work at this border point and at Jarinje, which were out of place.
On the eve of changing the motormots, we visited our police officers at the border checkpoint in Brnjak, police bases at Jasenovik and Brnjak, as well as at the camp queBelvederee.
Together with Minister Svechla, we thanked them for their service to the country, in defense of our sovereignty, and indiscriminately for the security of all citizens. As a sign of this assessment, I have decorated units of police officials with the Presidential Medal of Security. Also, we congratulated all members of the police on the 2023 New Year with a desire for health for them and their families, as well as for further success for our Republic”, Osmani wrote.
