“Hail Prime Ministers Kurti and Kovacevski, it was impossible to be here because of commitments. In Kurt's case, you know this is about the situation in the north, and they all have the solidarity, understanding and support of the Government of the Republic of Albania” Rama said.
In an earlier reaction Rama has strongly condemned the attack on a EULEX observer patrol in northern Kosovo, demanding that the European Union urgently call the table of dialogue.
“Sulmet on EULEX in Kosovo is punishable without any ecuivok as any act of violence against Kosovo police is punishable. Resurface of barricades in northern Kosovo conflicts with any law and any spirit of dialogue, and not only resolves anything, but rather complicates everything further! Postponing the votes by the president of the Republic of Kosovo is a significant signal that Belgrade's top authorities should respond with the same spirit and sense of responsibility, for failing to allow further escalations of destabilizing acts“, Rama writes on Twitter.
