Luxembourg's prime minister, Xavier Bettel, has called Eddie Rama to kneel down. As Bettel approached with his bag in his hand, Rama fell on her knees for reasons not yet known. Bettel laughed, and so did Prime Minister Edi Rama.
Remember European ideas have arrived in Tirana under the EU-Western Balkans summit.
This is a historic day for our country, as for the first time, a summit of such sizes will be held.
