Germany's mall surrounded, suspected of kidnapping
Police have evacuated a shopping mall and surrounding areas in the German town of Dresden on Saturday after being suspected of hostage situations.
The German daily “Bild” reported that an armed man first killed his mother in the apartment and then entered a local radio station where he fired several times before heading toward the mall where he took some people hostage.
The presence of police at the “Altmarktgaleree” trade centre has been added, which is completely surrounded by tape, Reuters reported.
