Halil Matoshi: Final Agreement with Serbia to bring next verdict on Mustafa

Even according to Matosh, this decision will be halved if Kosovo achieves final agreements with the Serbian state under the dialogue for normalisation of reports between the two states.

Matoshi has said that the Special for Mustapha decision is unwarranted, since he was accused of collaborating in the group and was sentenced only as an individual.

I can't justify such a severe sentence. Mustafa was convicted as an individual, charging that he has co-operated in the group. Then who did he cooperate with? My conviction in this case is political, in terms of a pressure being put on Kosovo, on the parties, in negotiating a final agreement, has also been interrelated with visa liberalisation. This punishment is a first instance. I believe that if the Kosovo political process- Serbia moves towards the final agreement, I believe Mustafa will have another verticite, which will halve it”, Mattosi said further in Politicalo.
