The chairman of 27 EU leaders Charles Michel and European Commission Chairman Ursula von der Leeyen will meet with Zelensky for the conference, a spokesman confirmed.
“can confirm that the EU-Ukrainian summit will take place on 3 February and has an open invitation for President Zelensky to visit Brussels”, Barend Leyts said.
The spokesman added that the invitation to Zelensky to visit Brussels does not mean that the summit will be held there.

The leaders of two key EU institutions will also assess Ukraine's path to becoming a member of the bloc, something Zelensky has asked since the beginning of the war.
